Dosage
• Isotonic solution: Up to 3 times per day
• Hypertonic solution: 1-2 times per day, based on severity of conditions.

How to use
1.Fill the included bottle with 240 ml of bottled water at 35-40°C.
2.For hypertonic solution: Dissolve 2 sachets into the water (for nasal congestion).
3.For isotonic solution: Dissolve 1 sachet (for daily cleaning or preventing secretion buildup).
4.Shake the bottle to dissolve the powder.
5.Bend your head laterally and slightly forward. Insert the bottle’s tip into one nostril.
6.Apply gentle pressure to the bottle to allow the solution to flow out of the opposite nostril.
7.Breathe through your mouth while performing the wash.
8.After finishing the first nostril, repeat the process with the remaining solution for the other nostril.
9.Blow your nose gently afterward.
10.Clean the bottle with water and liquid soap after each use.
11.Dry the bottle thoroughly before reuse.
